The main design criteria for this project were to create flowing and linking spaces between the rear private sunny spaces and front deck with its excellent viewing potential at the upper level at the front of the house.
In resolving the accommodation issues it was possible to create a totally new front elevation to the dwelling, provide good solar gain to the living spaces.
The busy family house was designed to accommodate a new home office and bedrooms for three children.
The curved steel edged deck provides spectacular and sheltered views over the Canberra suburb of Farrer.
